Join us for our latest international cuisine cooking class! Learn how to make two Indian dishes and how to meal prep when doing so! We will be making Idli Sambaar (A South Indian delicacy) and Chole with Rice (a North Indian dish). These have plenty of flavor, and a mix of protein, grains, and vegetables to provide a well balanced meal. Idlis are fluffy rice patties that can be eaten with Sambaar, a tasty "lentil soup." Chole is a dish made of chickpeas and can be served with rice or naan.
