Return Policy

The purpose of our return policy is to promote customer satisfaction while setting reasonable and fiscally responsible boundaries for refunds and exchanges.

Common Ground will accept returns with a receipt within:

  • Seven (7) days of purchase for fresh meat, specialty cheese, produce, and prepared foods.
  • Thirty (30) days of purchase for all other items.

Items must be brought back unless express exception has been given ahead of time. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original purchase. Owners without a receipt may request a receipt lookup if an owner number is provided.

Items under $10 without a receipt may be exchanged or refunded to a store gift card at manager's discretion. These items will be refunded at the lowest price within the last 90 days.

We cannot accept returns for alcohol, clearance items, special orders, open wellness items, and discounted "short-date" perishables. 

 

EBT Returns

Items bought with EBT cards may be refunded within the same guidelines above.

The refund will be directly deposited back on the customer's EBT card. Per EBT & SNAP guidelines, we cannot give cash refunds for EBT purchases.
