This class will focus on four dishes made with fresh local products, featuring meat from Triple S Farms in three. Each dish will be paired with a wine that showcases the magic of mating the right grape with the right ingredients – going beyond the classic Cabernet with beef and Chardonnay with chicken. Instructor Scott Koeneman is an obsessed home cook who has given food classes and demonstrations at local venues and on Channel 3. Nancy Koeneman is a wine professional who turned a personal fascination into a career, using what she's learned to help people find the perfect wine for any occasion or dish. Stan Schutte of Triple S Farms provides humanely raised, antibiotic free animals fed on certified organic pastures.
