Cooking Healthy on a Budget: Spring Rolls

This month's Cooking Healthy on a Budget class will cover knife skills and how to prepare fresh vegetable spring rolls* with a peanut chili dipping sauce. Learn how to cut cucumber, cilantro, carrot, cabbage, and other vegetables and then build your own spring rolls!
