Learn about mole and other dried chile sauces and salsas! In this hands-on class we'll cover the basics of making classic red mole from dried chiles and other ingredients, and apply these techniques to create enchilada sauce and guajillo salsa.
notes: CGFC provides aprons, however participants will want to wear comfortable shoes. Handouts will be provided.
