Spiced Lentil & Veggie Soup

This is the easiest soup recipe you will ever find. Seriously. Dump all the ingredients into a pot, bring to a boil, then cook for an hour. That's it! It's also super affordable and features a ton of amazing ingredients you can get from our bulk aisle, including:

Ingredients
Red lentils
1/2 cup
Green lentils
1/2 cup
Forbidden rice
1/2 cup
Dehydrated vegetable mixture
1/2 cup
Onion powder
1 tablespoon
Turmeric
1 teaspoon
Smoked paprika
1 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
Garlic granules
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Cayenne
1/8 teaspoon
Vegetable broth
8 cups
Diced tomatoes
15 ounce can

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 1 hour 15 minutes

  1. Heat a large stock pot over high heat.
  2. Add all ingredients to the pot.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover and simmer for 1 hour until rice and lentils are fully cooked.
