Green Goddess Dressing

This dressing is fresh, easy, and versatile. If you need to eliminate dairy, any plant-based yogurt substitute will work just fine! This dressing is great on salad, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, or as a dip for veggies & pita! Utilizing fresh local herbs from Green Pantry Nursery in Tuscola, IL, this dressing tastes like summer. 

Ingredients
Plain unsweetened yogurt
1 cup
Fresh parsley leaves, chopped
1 cup
Fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 cup
Fresh chives, chopped
2 tablespoons
Fresh dill
1 tablespoon
Juice of lemon
1
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Garlic cloves, chopped
3
Salt and pepper
To taste

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 2 minutes

Servings: Makes 1 cup

Calories per serving: 30 calories per tablespoon
