Pear Feta Salad with Candied Walnuts

We've got so many beautiful pears in the store right now, so we decided to feature them in a salad! Tart pears, tangy feta cheese, and sweet candied walnuts balance each other out for a great main salad or side dish. We recommend making extra candied walnuts and reserving them for a tasty snack or dessert.
- Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Once it melts, add the sugar, water, and walnuts. Stir continuously for 5 minutes - if the walnuts begin to burn turn off immediately. Transfer to a plate and let cool for 15 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, dijon mustard, olive oil, and salt.
- In a large bowl, add the salad mix, pears, walnuts, cranberries, and dressing. Mix thoroughly then top with feta crumbles.
- Divide among plates and enjoy!
