Black Bean Ranch Wrap

Our kitchen makes the most amazing black bean burgers! We decided to try one with our new Maria & Ricardo's spinach wrap and it certainly didn't disappoint. With fresh vegetables and tasty ranch dressing, this is a super quick, fresh, and nutritious lunch.

Ingredients
Common Ground black bean burgers

Maria & Ricardo's spinach wraps

Romaine lettuce

Tomato, sliced

Red onion, sliced

Avocado, sliced

Cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup
Ranch dressing
3 tablespoons

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray or add a little bit of olive oil. Once the pan is hot, add the black bean burgers. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked and crispy.
  2. Grab a spinach wrap and layer it with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and avocado.
  3. Crumble up the black bean burger into the wrap. Drizzle ranch dressing, and top with cilantro.
