Ingredients
Field Day crushed tomatoes
1 28-ounce can
Garlic cloves, minced

1 5-ounce can
Red onion, chopped

Red chili flakes
1 teaspoon
Field Day olive oil

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and onions. Stir for a few minutes until translucent, then add garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add tomato paste and chili flakes and stir until combined. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and allow to reduce and thicken, 10-12 minutes.
  6. Add coconut cream and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve garnished with additional salt and pepper, and Parmesan cheese if desired.
