Game Day Loaded Kimchi Fries

These loaded Kimchi fries are super easy and taste AMAZING. This is the perfect decadent dish for snacking during the big game.

Ingredients
Frozen french fries
1 pound
Kimchi, chopped
1 cup
White cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup
Green onions, sliced

Jalapeno, sliced

Avocado, sliced
1
Cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup
Lime juice
1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Sriracha
4-6 tablespoons

Cook time: 20 minutes

  1. Prepare the french fries according to the package directions.
  2. Prep kimchi, cheese, and vegetables.
  3. Stir together the mayonnaise and Sriracha. Adjust Sriracha to your desired spice level.
  4. When the fries are done cooking, add the cheddar cheese and place back in the oven for 1 minute, just to allow the cheese to melt.
  5. Add the fries to a plate then top with kimchi, green onion, jalapeno, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, and sriracha mayo. Enjoy!
