2022 Financial Meeting of Owners

Join us at 6pm on Thursday, April 14 for our annual Financial Meeting of Owners (FinMOO)!

Every spring, we host our FinMoo. Topics for the 2022 FinMoo are as follows:

Gary Taylor, our GM, will give an update about the store status and go over relevant context and events for this past year.

Calvin Wang, Board Treasurer, will present a high-level view of the financial state of the Co-op at the end of our 2021 fiscal year.

Gary will walk us through how the current state of the industry and current events provide challenges for the future.

There will be intermittent raffle announcements for owners present similar to the MOO.

Please join us at Riggs Brewery, 1901 S High Cross Rd in Urbana, for casual socialization and drinks after the FinMoo. We look forward to seeing you! The first 40 attendees will receive a free beer!

Common Ground's bylaws require us to hold a meeting within 120 days of the close of the fiscal year (December 31) to share financial data with our owners. Similar to last year, we will be hosting a virtual Financial Meeting of Owners. This will allow all owners to join us from whatever location you feel most comfortable at 6 PM on Thursday, April 14th. The meeting will be held via zoom.
