Kombucha Mocktails In-person Class

January 27, 2023
6:30pm - 8:00pm

Learn how to make delicious kombucha mocktails in the new year with Katie Carrillo! For January, we are skipping the alcohol and using kombucha as the main ingredient. Kombucha is a fermented probiotic drink made with tea, sugar, and a culture of bacteria and yeast, and serves as an excellent base for a myriad of tasty beverages.

This in-person class will take place in our Flatlander Classroom on Friday, January 27th from 6:30-8pm, and will include light snacks, a tasting of pure kombucha, lessons on the history, health benefits, and flavor profiles of kombucha, and at the end you will make your very own kombucha mocktail using flavored kombucha and special ingredients like fruit and fresh herbs from the Co-op!

$25/person. Limited seating available - only 10 seats per class. Ticket includes class plus tasting and mocktail. No refunds due to limited space, but waiting list will be made available once tickets are sold out.
