Basic Bread Loaves, Rolls, & Cinnamon Rolls

In this class, you’ll learn how to make basic bread dough with dry yeast that we’ll make into loaves and rolls, and modify for cinnamon rolls. We’ll cover both traditional recipes and vegan modifications.
notes: CGFC provides aprons, however participants will want to wear comfortable shoes. Handouts will be provided.
