A Taste of Basque Country

Tonight's menu is a mix of traditional and nouvelle cuisine that will tickle your taste buds:

  • Regional Charcuterie Board (with champagne toast)
  • Pintxos (Basque tapas)
  • Braised Lamb Shank
  • Crème Brûlée (baked custard)
