Ingredients
Carrots
1 bunch, peeled
Green Onion
3 leaves, green part only, chopped
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon, crushed
Toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Rice vinegar
3 tablespoons
Chilee oil
2 tablespoons

- Wash carrots and thinly peel into ribbons within a bowl, set aside.
- Wash and chop 3 green onion leaves, add to bowl.
- Peel and mince garlic cloves, add to bowl.
- Grate ginger, add to bowl.
- Measure sesame seeds, crush & add to bowl.
- Measure out sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chilee oil, add to bowl & mix.
