Sweet Citrus Salad

This citrus salad is simple and beautiful, with just enough sweetness. The pistachios add a wonderful crunch!

Ingredients
Grapefruit

Blood oranges

Navel oranges

Meyer lemons
2
Mandarin oranges
2
Honey
1/4 cup
Fresh ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
Pinch
Shelled pistachios, chopped
1/8 cup

  1. Cut peels and pith off all the citrus and cut into a variety of slices and small diced pieces. Place into a large bowl.
  2. Combine syrup, ginger, vanilla, and salt in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
  3. Add the dressing and pistachios to the citrus and mix until combined.
