Sweet Citrus Salad
This citrus salad is simple and beautiful, with just enough sweetness. The pistachios add a wonderful crunch!
Fresh ginger, grated
Shelled pistachios, chopped

- Cut peels and pith off all the citrus and cut into a variety of slices and small diced pieces. Place into a large bowl.
- Combine syrup, ginger, vanilla, and salt in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Add the dressing and pistachios to the citrus and mix until combined.
