Goat Cheese Balls

These tiny treasures are creamy, crunchy, tangy, and sweet all at once! Each bite-sized ball blends smooth goat cheese with honey, pops of tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans for the perfect mix of texture and taste. Rolled in fresh parsley and finished with a drizzle of balsamic, they’re charming, colorful, and down right delicious!

Ingredients
Goat Cheese
8 ounces
Garlic
3 cloves
Honey
2 teaspoons
Pepper
1/8 teaspoon
Pecans, chopped
1/2 cup
Dried cranberries
1/2 cup
Fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup
Balsamic reduction
drizzle

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the goat cheese, garlic, honey, and pepper. Set aside and begin chopping the pecans and parsley.

  2. Separately mix the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and chopped parsley.

  3. Roll two teaspoons of goat cheese into a ball.

  4. Press goat cheese into the nut mixture, coating both sides of the goat cheese as it flattens.continue rolling until coated.

  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.

  6. Drizzle with a balsamic reduction, serve & enjoy!
