Goat Cheese Balls

In a medium bowl, combine the goat cheese, garlic, honey, and pepper. Set aside and begin chopping the pecans and parsley.

Separately mix the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and chopped parsley.

Roll two teaspoons of goat cheese into a ball.

Press goat cheese into the nut mixture, coating both sides of the goat cheese as it flattens.continue rolling until coated.
