Game Day Spinach Artichoke Bites

Frozen spinach, thawed
10-ounce package
Artichoke hearts
6 ounces
Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons
Cream cheese, room temperature
4 ounces
Mozzarella, shredded
3/4 cup
Garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
To taste

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Blend in the cream cheese and half the mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
- Using a rolling pin, lay out the dough on a cutting board and lightly stretch it to an 8x12-inch rectangle. Cut dough into 2-inch squares, so you have 24 squares total.
- Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and place a square in each slot, gently pushing down to create an indent.
- Scoop one teaspoon of the spinach mixture on top and gently push in. Add the remaining mozzarella over the tops.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
