Advanced Indian Cooking In-Person Class

Learn how to make several traditional Indian recipes in our class with longtime Co-op instructor, Sirisha Bhandaru. This class will cover how to make homemade stuffed parantha flatbreads with spiced potatoes and paneer, pindi channa, mango lassi, and chaas. Attendees will get hands-on experience making their own paranthas and enjoy tastes of each recipe.

 

The Menu includes:

  • Homemade Stuffed Paranthas- flakey Indian flatbreads stuffed with spiced potatoes and paneer
  • Pindi Chana - a spiced garbanzo bean dish
  • Mango Lassi - a popular and refreshing mango yogurt drink
  • Chaas - a salted yogurt drink with roasted cumin and other spices
