Cooking with fresh produce can definitely be intimidating, especially if you don’t do a lot of cooking. In this class you’ll gain knife skills and a good understanding of the basics of vegetables, how to buy them, how to prepare them, and how to cook them!  Basics classes at the Co-op offer participants a hands-on opportunity to learn the basics of specific food and cooking skills. These classes are designed to be accessible and fun for anyone.
