Put ‘Em Up: Brined Pickles

Join us in exploring the briney side of food preservation: vinegar pickles. Get hands-on experience preparing multiple vegetable pickles in a variety of brines. Participants will get to take home jars of their finished pickles.

teacher: Colleen Wagner is currently in the midst of a love affair with food. She loves learning all she can about food, creating recipes, and sharing her knowledge (and food!) with others.
