Cooking Healthy on a Budget: Vegetarian Ramen

Co-op kitchen staff, John, is leading another Food For All class! Join us in the classroom to prepare a budget-friendly--but high quality--recipe for vegetarian ramen, complete with organic noodles, homemade stock, and a full serving of vegetables. As part of our Food For All program, the recipe will be cost efficient at under $2 per serving, made entirely of co-op foods.
