In this class, Tesfaye will guide you through the preparation of a staple non-vegetarian Ethiopian dish. Born in Ethiopia and a scholar of anthropology, he will also discuss the cultural, topographical, and historical elements that have shaped  contemporary Ethiopian cuisine.
