Learn a kneadable, gluten-free, vegan bread recipe made with whole grains and no gums. Participants will pair up to make nutritious mini loaves to take home and bake.

About the instructor: Lauren has a background in chemistry and food science and is currently a doctoral student in Nutritional Sciences at the U of I, while also studying to be a registered dietitian. She specializes in alternative dietary lifestyles and has also worked as a product developer for a major chocolate company!
