Daunted by the idea of getting a kitchen started? What equipment is crucial? This class will go over the basics of what you need to set up a well functioning kitchen. Basics classes at the Co-op offer participants a hands-on opportunity to learn the basics of specific food and cooking skills. These classes are designed to be accessible and fun for anyone.
