One 9” pie crust
1 cup grade B maple syrup
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 T melted butter
1 t vanilla extract
1 1/4 c pecan pieces
Pecan halves for decorating
Combine eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in bowl of mixer. Beat until well
Beat in melted butter.
Stir in pecan pieces and pour into pie crust.
Arrange pecan halves in a single layer on top of
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until filling is set.
