In this class we will learn to make zelabia – a fried bread – and Marak Temani (“Yeminite soup” in Hebrew)/Salta in Arabic – known as the national dish of Yemen. You will learn these family recipes, passed down from six generations and across nations. Join us for a taste of Yemen, widen your senses, and taste the love in this traditional Yemenite cuisine.
