Learn to cook a flavorful Mediterranean meal that highlights peak summer produce from our local farms. Leah Bodine, Chef of Blue Dragonfly Catering, will guide you through making Mediterranean chicken with lemony potatoes and green beans as a one sheet pan meal as well as a special orange olive oil cake for dessert. Tofu is available as a vegetarian substitute and gluten free all-purpose flour is an option for the orange cake. The $30 Meal Kit is portioned for two and includes all ingredients needed to cook these dishes. Add on a bottle of Greek white or red wine to pair with your meal and sip while you cook!
Pre-order the Mediterranean Meal Kit to pick up in-store Friday, September 24th, 4-6pm or Saturday, September 25th 9-11am and then tune in to the virtual Zoom cooking class on Sunday, September 26th at 4-6pm. Once you submit the completed pre-order form, you will be directed to PayPal to complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email and email reminders about the upcoming pick-up date with the Zoom class link. Meal kits are not available for pick up outside of the designated pick-up times.
