Ethiopian Berbere Salmon

In this class, Tesfaye will guide you through the preparation of Berbere-seasoned wild caught salmon. Born in Ethiopia and a scholar of anthropology, he will also discuss the cultural, topographical, and historical elements that have shaped and influenced contemporary Ethiopian cuisine. Class will include tastes of the salmon, injera, and Ethiopian-style greens!
