Returning instructor, Amanda, is an ergonomics professional who will lead a workshop to focus on individualized adjustments to make standing and walking not just comfortable, but more supportive and healthier for your body. In this short 45-minute class, we’ll talk about finding the most comfortable standing posture for your individual body structure, and how to then take that posture into movement. Using concepts from Aston-Patterning, you’ll learn how to modify your current walking style to give you greater comfort and ease. Please wear comfortable shoes (though, ladies, if you wear heels regularly for work, bring them along for comparison’s sake!).
