The students from the Native American and Indigenous Student Organization (NAISO) returns! Come and learn about pre-colonial ingredients and cooking in North America, especially in the Midwest, while students from NAISO share their experiences being a part of Native America. All proceeds from the class will be supporting the activities of NAISO.
Dishes and ingredients shared and learned - amaranth cookies, chokecherry (aronia berry) wojape, and other seasonal dishes from ingredients that are native to this land. Join us for another information-packed, thoughtful, and engaging class!
