Cooking Basics: Knife Skills

As part of our Food For All program, we are offering our first Cooking Basics class. John, co-op kitchen staff and local producer, will return to the Flatlander classroom to teach knife skills. Join us for a hands-on class to learn how to chop, dice, mince, and more like a pro.

This class is free, but registration is required. As our free classes are in high demand, if you register but are unable to attend, please contact Mia at to open your space to another participant.
