As part of our Food For All program, we are offering our first Cooking Basics class. John, co-op kitchen staff and local producer, will return to the Flatlander classroom to teach knife skills. Join us for a hands-on class to learn how to chop, dice, mince, and more like a pro.
This class is free, but registration is required. As our free classes are in high demand, if you register but are unable to attend, please contact Mia at email@example.com to open your space to another participant.
