Join us at the Co-op to discuss the many benefits of nuts, different kinds of nuts, & what food dishes they work best in. Then foodies and graduate students in Dietetics Kacey and Ashley will prepare a delicious farro dish that features slivered almonds with balsamic-rosemary roasted shallots and grapes over roasted portobellos.
