Join seasoned cheese maker Anna Barnes to explore the art of cheese making. Many people assume that cheese making means ripened, aged, or hard cheeses. There are many cheese that can be made quickly and easily at home. Examples are mozzarella, ricotta, creme fraiche, and yogurt. Techniques, equipment, and resources will be covered.
