Join nationally certified Nurse Practitioner Alan Creech at the Co-op to learn about a whole-food, plant-based diet approach for the treatment of chronic disease such as diabetes, obesity, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and heart disease. You’ll receive an information packet and cooking demonstrations as resource guides to changing your diet to combat these health conditions or prevent them.
