Baking Brulee Brot

Brought from Winterthur Switzerland by Rainer Zangerl, this recipe has been passed on from father to son for three generations of the Zangerl family. Brulee brot is a simple, delicious, and healthy bread that goes well with any dish.
note: participants may bring their favorite condiments to eat with the bread.
teacher: Dan learned how to bake bread from his father, and he from his father. His grandfather deliberately went back to Switzerland and brought the recipe back because he was tired of eating ‘Wonder Bread.’
