All About Knives

Learn how to choose good knives, select the right knife for the right job, sharpen knives, and some classic techniques for cutting various foods. We’ll practice our skills as we prepare some light snacks.
No prior skills/knowledge are required and participants may bring their own knives/sets if they prefer, otherwise knives will be provided.
