In collaboration with The Land Connection, we are offering a two part series of free cooking classes. The second part series will cover basics knife skills, prepping and cooking with various whole vegetables and herbs, and how to prepare soups, broths, salads, and salad dressings.
Recipes will be quick, budget conscious, and family friendly. Class will be hands-on and interactive giving participants the opportunity to prepare the meal together. The class will end with tastes of each dish.
