Every year there are roughly 4 million tons of cocoa beans that are made and distributed worldwide. Millions of people enjoy this delightful delicacy, but few know what exactly chocolate is made of and what defines it. In this brief demo class, you will learn about the history and origin of chocolate, what "chocolate" really is, and get to try lots of different tastings to satiate your chocoholic nature. Come prepared to ask questions and be involved!
