A Certified Humane creamery, Ludwig Farmstead are the producers of European style artisan farmstead cheese made in small batches with day-fresh milk from their Holstein cows. All of their milk is produced on their farm where the creamery sits. All of the milk their cows produce is used to make their great tasting cheese. They take great care in the raising, handling, and feeding of their cows and in turn they consistently give the highest quality milk to make their cheeses.
