Watermelon Radish Salad with Goat Cheese and Citrus Honey Vinaigrette

We're stocked with one of the most fun and colorful winter veggies - watermelon radishes! They are crisp and spicy, and so beautiful on the plate. We paired that with a new dressing from Bella San Luci, a California vinaigrette with sweet oranges and wildflower honey. Top it off with some additional vegetables and creamy goat cheese, and you've got a gorgeous and delicious salad.

Watermelon radishes

English cucumber
1/2
Basil
1 sprig
Shallot

Butter lettuce
1 head
Goat cheese
4-6 ounces
Bella San Luci California Vinaigrette
1/4 cup

  1. Prep all veggies:
    1. Slice the watermelon radishes, then cut them in half.
    2. Slice the English cucumber into half moons.
    3. Chiffonade the basil.
    4. Finely dice the shallot.
    5. Rough chop the butter lettuce.
  2. Layer the ingredients in a bowl in the following order: butter lettuce, watermelon radishes, English cucumber, shallot, goat cheese, and basil.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette on top of the salad and mix to combine.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
