Indian Breads: Naan and Chapati

No tandoor? No tava? No problem, you can still make naan and chapati at home. We’ll cover traditional recipes and vegan modifications, as well as techniques for getting great results with tools and equipment you already have in your kitchen.
notes: CGFC provides aprons, however participants will want to wear comfortable shoes. Handouts will be provided.
teacher: Anna Barnes is a frequent CGFC instructor, teaching canning, cheesemaking, yogurt, and tofu making. She has benefitted from patient Indian friends here and in India who have taught her how to make their families’ recipes.
