Food doesn’t have to be complicated to have complex flavors! Join Annie as she cooks up her favorite fresh, flavorful, and simple vegan one dish meals! We’ll cook (and devour) her sweet potato and black bean bowls with spicy cumin garlic dressing, spring panzanella with chive vinaigrette, and more!
notes: Come hungry and feel free to bring tupperware to take home leftovers! Class includes a full 3-course meal, and you take home extras!
teacher: Annie is a powerlifter, cyclist, and climber working on her medical degree and her Ph. D. in neuroscience while she spends her spare time gardening, hanging with her chocolate lab, Moose, and, of course, cooking! This is her seventh trimester teaching at the Co-op!
