Two fresh toasted slices of bread are filled with housemade and organic ingredients--roasted butternut squash, caramelized onions, and arugula pesto--and topped with either provolone or Daiya cheese. We like it best on our multigrain or sourdough bread, but you can choose your favorite from our list. You can easily make it a vegan sandwich by asking for it to be made with Daiya shreds, since our housemade pesto is made with walnuts, arugula, and nutritional yeast. You can make it wheat-free having it made on Rudi’s Original or Rudi’s Multigrain Gluten-Free bread, or you can add bacon for an extra punch of flavor. The possibilities are almost limitless!
