Joan is back to teach you how to make butter in your home kitchen! She will share reliable techniques and instructions for making butter in a blender, food processor, or mason jar--including how to flavor and store your butter, as well as how to use the buttermilk leftover from the whole process. Think, cultured buttermilk! Each student will take home samples of butter and buttermilk.
