Join Methawee "May" Springfield and learn how to make Thai Green Curry (Kaeng Khiao Wan). The dish derives its name from the chilies used in it. May will cover both chicken and vegetable versions with options for customizing them to your preferred level of spice. Both are gluten-free. Note that the vegetable version, while meat-free, does contain fish sauce.
About the Instructor: Originally from Thailand, Methawee came to the U.S. to pursue her Masters degree. Far from home, she adopts available local ingredients to create the closest proximations of the dishes she eats in Thailand, including classics like green curry and more.
