Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, mentors--brush up on your baking skills with your favorite young person. We'll be tossing aside canned crescent rolls for the homemade version. We'll cover a make-ahead recipe that can be frozen for later, as well as a no-knead recipe that can accommodate the littlest bakers.
Note: The Co-op provides aprons, however participants will want to wear comfortable shoes. Handouts will be provided.
About the Instructor: CGFC Education Coordinator, Anna Barnes, has taught canning, cheesemaking, yogurt, and tofu making at the coop for nine years. She also authored Local 365, a bi-weekly column on locally grown and foraged foods for Smile Politely.
