In this class you’ll learn how to make basic pasta dough for fettucini and other flat pastas from scratch using local eggs from Moore Family Farm. We’ll also be making filled ravioli.
Note: The Co-op provides aprons, however participants will want to wear comfortable shoes. Handouts will be provided.
About the Instructor: CGFC Education Coordinator, Anna Barnes, has taught canning, cheesemaking, yogurt, and tofu making at the coop for nine years. She also authored Local 365, a bi-weekly column on locally grown and foraged foods for Smile Politely.
