In this class, you’ll learn how to make homemade almond, coconut, rice, and soy milks, and how to culture them to produce yogurt. You’ll leave with yogurt to incubate and culture to make your own batch at home.
notes: The Co-op provides aprons, however participants will want to wear comfortable shoes. Handouts will be provided.
